How do I track my order?
When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please review the following guidelines and procedures for returning items:
Eligibility for Return:
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when it was delivered.
The return must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date as indicated by the tracking information.
Personalized or customized items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Return Process:
Contact our customer support team via email or phone to initiate a return request. Provide your order details, including the order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to proceed.
Once you receive the RA number, carefully package the item(s) to be returned, ensuring they are securely protected to avoid damage during transit.
Include the RA number on the outside of the package and include any relevant documentation or accessories.
Ship the package back to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exceptions and Conditions:
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item(s) are not in their original condition or do not meet the eligibility requirements mentioned above.
For items damaged during transit, please contact us immediately upon receipt, and we will provide instructions for filing a shipping damage claim.
Refunds will not include any original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
If the return is a result of our error or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

In the event that any of your items are out of stock, we will refund you and email you immediately. We restock and add new products weekly.
Can I make a change to my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order please contact us immediately. Our warehouse often processes orders within a couple of hours. If we have already processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations. Orders can usually only be changed the same day that they were placed.
What do I do if I have a problem with my order?
Please email us immediately if you have a problem with your order. We respond to emails within 72 hours.
Missing an item?
You may receive your order in multiple packages, we try to get your items to you as soon as possible. Be on the look out you may be receiving another package!

Discount codes?
Discount codes must be entered on the check out page. Discount codes are only valid for the times stated and will not be honored after their expiration date. All discounted orders are final sale.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds to a credit card may take up to a week to process depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are received immediately. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
